I am not familiar with Scarlett's schedule but I know that the likes of Sheth, Stephano, Hasu, Darkforce and the EG boys were playing Diablo 3 this week! So some time off every now and again is perfectly fine.
Scarlett is hampered by lack of a team though. I am sure she will get picked up soon by some decent team.

No, Scarlett seems quite good but luckly there's time and room to get even better.
Kas instead is the usual strong player displaying his usual "low prize money? Then I'll win for sure" mode.

This show match is a lot closer than you think. I'm not sure what you are seeing.
