EG, TL and Complexity (the 3 teams with the most attention in NA) hold on to all their mediocre/bad foreigners (Jinro, Nony, Haypro, TLO, Machine, Incontrol, Lzgamer) and their only new recruits are Koreans. There is not a single TOP foreigner (besides maybe Ret and Demuslim) on these teams and I can't remember the last foreigner they signed.

I guess... but Jinro hasn't been playing in anything outside of Korea, TLO has incredible ZvT, and Incontrol is as much as a personality as a player. As for the others you mentioned, all right. Perhaps, however, teams like to have full practice rosters so their teams can be diverse. Having 10 MMA's might make you the best team ever, but they would all always wind up playing against each other in major tournaments.

edit: he just forgot them, pretty bad play. edit2: thank god he had a plan the whole time, mass thor to mitigate air disadvantage while still having a strong force and push through clouds weak siege line to win.

I think Haypro and TLO actually have potential to become very strong foreigners, and they have shown great play, but are both very, very inconsistent. Jinro unfortunately isn't performing well now, but he is still the most successful foreigner in SC2, and it is hard to give up a player like that. Seriously though, if you want to see where the next "generation" of foreign talent, look at EU. There are many more high level players in Europe and some, like Feast or Snute, are just waiting to have a breakout run. It'sGosu and the former Vile team also had some very promising talent coming up from NA, though I feel NA lags behind EU in terms of quantity of high-level players. They just need that chance to get publicity and recognition.

Jinro doesn't need more than 2 units to win ![]() But really, I think that scv from cloud went down and didn't see an expo, and he thought it was an all in... Yeah, that's all I got.
