Hello everyone! IGN Pro League is thrilled to announce our newest tournament! The Ye Olde Map Tournament features some of the most amazing maps ever created by Blizzard and has a lineup of some of the best players in all of North America! This tournament is meant to be a fun throwback to the early days of StarCraft II and may serve as a way for us to see how far the strategy and skill have progressed since the first time players set foot on Scrap Station or Kulas Ravine. If you're a fan of nostalgia, not-so-balanced maps, and some fun StarCraft games, you better not miss this! Oh, and these games will be played LIVE for your entertainment. =)
We are continuing with three Ro8 matches for the IGN Pro League Ye Olde Map Tournament
When: Wednesday, May 02 11:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00) (we will also have a European re-broadcast as usual at Thursday, May 03 4:30pm GMT (GMT+00:00))
Format
This single-elimination tournament features 16 players from the North America server and is a best of 5 format. These matches are being played for the round of 8. The winning player will move on to the semi-finals and the loser will be eliminated entirely! Keep in mind that each round increases the prize money!

If the stream is not working, refresh and report the issue to twitch via the 'Video Problem' icon on the player. We've reported the issue to twitch and it seems like we are not the only stream having these issues.

I think he realized that it wasn't enough. There were marauders about to finish, and they would have nullified the stalkers. qxc also had at the time nearly a 20 supply lead (30ish to 50ish).

He had it, but I think he threw away his nerves after 2 so close lost games that he thought he will lose again, his stalkers would have killed all in the terrans main and he still would have had probes left, because the last marine of the drop was already dead
qxc also lost a lot of scvs afair, so if he tried to kill everything the terran has with his stalkers, i think he would have won. We'll never find out 4 sure, will check out the replay again tomorrow

Throw in NonY's ro8 game and we have Protoss going 0-4 with an 0-12 record.
Add in the results along with these maps and it brings back memories of the 2010 GSL Open Seasons.

Oh man, having that 2 stalker warpin upon seeing cloak was a really poor spur of the moment decision but it's a shame it cost State the game. Go QXC!
