They play to win. your personal attack has nothing to do with my opinion. Base trades are risky as hell unless you have a composition you know you can obviously win with. i'm sorry you feel like im attacking the players or something, as apparently a few other people have. I just think basetrades are fucking awful if you're not positive you're going to win.

Neither of them started the game with a gameplan to win by baserace. Certain events happened in the game which lead to how it ended up, where base racing was the only viable way to win. You can't fault these players for doing that. Edit: I'll break it down for you because you don't seem to have understood the situation. Dimaga made a push at the top left with a slow, but superpowered army. Hero had a couple options here - to try and trek across the map so take the army head on in a fight that he would almost certainly lose, or to use his superior mobility and current map position to head south and snipe as many of dimaga's bases as possible. Because of the immobility of Dimaga's force at this stage, turning around simply wasnt an option. He had to continue pushing Hero and give up what he had left at home, forcing a base race. It wasn't risky, it was necessary play

No one started the game with the end-game strategy of base-trading. Mispositioning of an army with those unit composition forces a base trade, as you can't get caught out of position then engage directly. Hate the game. Not the players. You're disrespectful and rude to people who are clearly superior to you, just keep that out of LR. Thanks.

I think Dimaga was too fatigued to do much with his units.

A map that will not show who won it if you look up players' match history on battle.net. Basically the only way to protect yourself as a tournament from having your results spoiled by leaks when casting from replays.
