You're proving my point, tournaments aren't exclusively indicative of race balance. It's not more than 1 month ago when ZvP looked like a freewin with the 200 roach timing.

I was really impressed by Leenock's defensive multitasking that game, thought he actually did a better job than Hero's offensive play given the number of units he killed/saved vs number of units committed, but once the Protoss can create 30 supply of new units in your base dealing with it is going to be close to impossible no matter how quick your response times are.
Maybe you just need giant spore crawler rings.

Keep in mind that DRG was also the only zerg in that ro8. Zergs have been pretty short on players in the GSL the last two or three seasons. Not nearly as bad as Protoss has had it, mind you, but one player performing extremely well doesn't mean there aren't problems with the race.
