He just needs to get his upgrades. It doesn't make sense that he plays a upgrade-less style with how fond he is of gateway unit comps TT

I like seeing Jinro take down the boss toss.

And I'm sad to say that, because I wish I could attribute it to something more, but I really can't. MC outmacroed him pretty hard but Jinro just had the better unit composition- by complete coincidence.

I wish I could say that Jinro outplayed MC hard.... but he didn't MC out macro'd him and Jinro blind hard countered his army composition... Still well played by Jinro, but the Jinrollled comments are a bit exaggerated.

I don't think it was a blind read; I can't speak for Jinro, but the lack of templars at MC's natural after having charge and blink for so long seemed like a strong tell to me. A protoss playing fast HT style will have templars gathering energy at the natural.

I'll give you the vikings, but MC lost because his third was way later than Jinro's.

Still well played by Jinro, but the Jinrollled comments are a bit exaggerated. I really didn't see anyout macro-ing. It was pretty close. It seemed Jinro was keeping up, if not just a step behind. But then again, it's my inner-Jinro fanboy, so I'm probably bias as hell.

I think Jinro just always blind makes vikings because he probably always loses to coli transitions.

Keep in mind these two play and practice together a LOT. They know each other very well. There very well could have been another clue that made Jinro believe MC was going Colo.. I would say you should reserve judgement unless Jinro himself says he randomly picked a tech path. ![]()

I think MC lost because it was just gateway units against mass bio, without enough AoE. MC chose colossi instead of storm at first, and then got out high templar way too late when he realized that the colossi were going to be useless because of the vikings. ::shrugs::
