Like NOT attacking Cruncher with infinite hydras where he would have outright won or completely crippled Cruncher. Should have been an easy 2-0, but IdrA's ZvP is just in a really odd place right now. Sometimes he looks so close to having it figured out, other times he looks clueless. It was an entertaining series, at least. As for the BM, players in every competitive sport/game/whatever BM each other. You all know and expect this from IdrA by now. Personally I enjoy it, but I it was a bit too much maybe. The smiley face alone would have been perfect. That is the funniest excuse i've ever read. I've read alot of excuses from fans, but this is just incredible. If he plays with this mentality, he should also know what kind of responses could defeat him. Its like chess - if you're a good player, you think about more than just 1 step further.

The truth is that he missed a huge window to kill Cruncher and he paid dearly for it. The ZvP style he has shown yesterday has nothing to do with the recent ZvP style we've seen him play on ladder.

It is completely ok to openly insult your opponent in a match.... a bit of BM makes it interesting, fuck it, would you care about watching two NA players otherwise? you watch GSL for the best of the best, you watch shit like cruncher vs idra for a cheap laugh and some drama

QFT. what is the big deal? all i know is i got a huge laugh and kick when idra dropped that bm. show me the person who recoiled in horror when they saw that live and i'll show you someone who doesn't know the concept of passion in competition, and the thrill of crushing an opponent, no matter how inferior. they have history. it felt good watching idra crush crunchers pusher, and i'm pretty sure we could feel idra's satisfaction and pleasure through our own fucking screen miles from where the game was played. and that's pretty rare for e-sports, or sports in general.

So many people that admit to watching idra's games simply because he rages, then when he rages they start complaining as if it wasn't the reason they were so interested in the matches in the first place. Bottom line is when idra plays a series (good or bad) everyone wants to watch, to see him win, to see him lose, to see him rage, w/e reason it doesn't really matter. When thousands are drawn to a match simply because you are playing it, you can get away with calling someone a fucker, and besides, 'fucker' is probably the most tame thing to get raged up about. Has anyone listened to the fighting game or fps players? I know everyone thinks for some reason the sc community is more "mature" but it's really not. I could care less for him. He's a bad rts player, can know what's coming from a mile away. People do indeed just watch him for his raging, so he had to throw something in there. It however is a free ticket for any1 else that wants to flame his opponent while playing in NASL. Hope some1 abuses that and makes em look silly.

Anyone says anything BM and we all have to claim we don't like that person anymore. This is IdrA. Greg has been this way for a long time now. If you're going to claim you're not a fan because of this one fucker, you weren't a fan to begin with, or you were a fan for less than a day. You generalized my post way too much. I'm not oversensitive to the word "fucker." Fuck is one of my favorite words, and in fact it bugs me when that stuff is censored out of conversation. What does bug me is someone being a condescending dick to another player, I could care less about what specific words they use. Nothing irritates me more than when someone is winning and they chose to be bm. I can understand a little frustration bm when you're losing. Or maybe a little jesting poke when you're winning. But I don't approve of someone being a blatant dick to another player when they have the upper hand. I wasn't trying to incite a call-to-arms or rail about how we need to hold e-sports to a higher standard. That kind of shit annoys me actually. I was just saying that Idra's behavior has started to lose its novelty amusement. And the constant bm that used to make me a laughing fan of his has now begun to irritate me. That's all. This moment just helped me realize how tired I've grown of his bm. So next time don't cite one of my posts, and use it to draw incorrect generalizations when you're trying to denigrate the community.
