This question has been brought up before and asked multiple times. No. Because people rushed in immediately afterwards and started checking his computer. He would have been penalized. Nestea was looking at his keyboard/ waving his hands around for ~30 seconds before ST_Legend paused the game.

Hmm, makes sense. Nestea had those couple of roaches selected for a long time and they just ran out to die, and you have Nestea on the player cam throwing his arms up in the air out of frustration.

Well Nestea lost dumb units when his equipment fucked up which didn't help the situation but it certainly wasn't over for the reasons I already stated.
