It's simple. Maximum 1 mule pr OC. This makes it so that you can't have bad macro or end up with a situation like this where both players are struggeling at getting a new expand, but when terran does, he calls down 6 mules (like alive did).
Max 1 mule pr OC makes it so that terran has to focus on calling down mules when they have energy like zerg has to do with injects. If you fail on it, just use the energy on scans or call down supply.
This is not a whine, but a suggestion to fixing endings like this.
Oh right, because Terran isn't hard enough already. How about we make larva explode 20 seconds after they are born, so that Zerg can't 1. ignore supplyblocks like Nestea did all the time 2. produce 30 Ultralisks at any point in the game and 3. not spend their money well anymore without being punished? Or how about we give Terrans the ability to just A-Move their units like zerg can, so they can actually focus on macro?

Yes ok I also really like Nestea, but what im trying to say is that the tournament would be 10x more exciting if a foreigner was fighting for the title, the same goes for MLG.
I guess you cant really do much about it but its just sad and bad for the tournaments as well.

Opposite for me. Loved the tournament even more since stephano got knocked out. Best part of tournament was MMA toying with stephano and making him look like a scrub.
