Well that is due to bad infrastructure and management. It has nothing to do with how the brackets are set up.

Agreed. but apparently the negativity that's been brewing for some time in the community has finally set in with the majoirty of fans. It's going to take them quite a bit of work to dig their way out of the hole they've made IMO. LAN will be the only way, but we all know that's never going to happen.
