Even if everyone that isn't me has only got one of these windows open that still only tops out at ~40,000 viewers overall for IPL SC2...
That is WORRYINGLY low for a tournament such as this. Maybe competing with PAX east and occurring over the Easter weekend really was a bad idea. Plus they hype for this event just isnt there. IPL doesnt seem nearly as hyped as any MLG. MLG's last year had a 5,000 first place prize last year and seemed so much more important than this IPL.

That could be practice. I think JJakji is supposed to play bomber first before mma.

I think a lot of LoL players watch SC2 too, and there's an IPL LoL going on at the same time. as a side not LoL is crushing SC2 in terms of viewers. For someone who doesn't watch LoL, but loves SC2 I find this highly concerning.
not really.

MKP beat Stephano
Stephano beat Curious.
If Curious beats MKP, its a complete 3v3 tie, and will need tiebreaks.

Yay Stephano ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/Rt2Pe.gif)
Could be three-way tie with a win for Curious over MKP, right? Not sure what the tie-breakers are for groups.

Yeah trying to figure out what needs to happen. If MKP wins then Stephano is through, but if Curious wins :/

I disagree, first and foremost I just think the event was run rather badly today.

Yeah but there have been a lot events with similar problems and the numbers have been much much higer.
I will not stop to repeat what I have been saying for a while: most people apart from the TL hardcore fanbase get annoyed by events flooded with Koreans. Its not anymore "can a foreigner win the event despite the 3-4 Korean stars?", its like "can a foreigner make top 8 despite 15-30 Koreans?" Most people dont want to see that.
In 2011 it was still fun because Koreans brought more skill and it was still sth new, in 2012 it has just become too much. MLG and IPL bring over soooooo many Koreans, may just call it GSL.
Also note, if IPL hits the same viewer numbers as a HomeStoryCup, where is the point in renting a casino?

Depending on how they break ties, if curious 2-0 mkp, stephano can still be out.

Stephano can now safely be called the best player in the world.
