But i get a sore muscle in my Shoulder on the left side, if I play a lot of Starcraft. I have found that putting it behind my back, at 90deg like that, almost like you're in an arm bar, totally relaxes the muscle. I do it at night before I go to bed, and periodically through the day if Im at work on computer or at home. My first thought was that it might be the same thing. | ||
