You know whats entertaining? When players are playing their best and trying their hardest. ^exactly. This whole "its just a showmatch"-thing is just dumb.

This is ridiculous, of course he is not going to throw away the first game .. if he up 4-0 it could be possible, but right now it's just ridiculous to say that stephano threw away this game. I don't know that he "threw" the game.... but he's definitely not worried about being down 0-1 in a Bo9

Give some credit to White-Ra. They are going to make it entertaining as in tending towards longer macro games but they are both playing to win no doubt. i love whitera, but he honestly didn't really show much in this first game anyone thinking the game result is more of stephano's 'mistake'

The strange thing is that he always splits his brood lords. It would probably take a conscious effort not to do it. It would be like suddenly not splitting probes at start or spamming hotkeys. There could be legitimate reasons like jetlag or focusing on doing something fancy, but it was indeed very odd for people who regularly watch his stream and tournament games. Ive seen a lot of amazing play from players while streaming ladder games. HerO is probably the best player on the planet if his ladder games translated 100% to his tournament games. The tournament setting is way different. Another possible explanation was that he didnt know the mothership was so close as all he saw were blink stalkers. I watch stephanos stream from time to time and Ive seen him talk with Mana about how effective spreading broodlords are but it doesnt mean hes a machine free from making mistakes. I think he just screwed his control for a few seconds and got caught by white ra. Anyone who thinks stephano "threw the game" really doesnt know him at all.

Stephano didn't want to crush him with roaches at the 11 minute mark, he knew he shouldn't embarrass a crowd favorite in a showmatch so he drew it out to lategame.

I was a bit puzzled as to why he clumped his Brood Lords, but I think its legit.
