And when you die because that cuts into your production so deeply, you still going to think it's a good idea? | ||

You need those bunkers and every single mineral mined to hold off a 6-gate if you scout it 6 or w/e gate 2 base push is insanely hard to defend even if you scout it well in advance. Giving up scans or any other resources usually results in you losing. Force fields make you fight the protoss army with only 1/3-1/2 of your army at a time in addition to them reinforcing at a faster rate than you can so any lost resources/build time would end up in a loss. | ||
