Money doesn't always buy winning teams. See it all the time in other sports - players get the big money/salary then don't feel motivated to try as hard. No idea what's going on with EG, but Liquid shows way more heart in their games IMO.

And people that go "Sheth is soo good!", I for one am really disappointed that there was not more from him. Not trying to go for a longer game or anything, no, just run in and end it. Since it is like that, I am going to say if it would have been a Macro game VS Idra, he would have lost, which is why he did it. I don't think you understand Starcraft at all, if you think Sheth was the one making that game end early.

But thats not the whole picture. Its not just that he is disrespecting the viewers, he is disrespecting his team. Thats not about bad manner anymore, its just sad.

Yeah, I honestly wonder if EG pays their players too much to where it really distorts their motivation for playing the game. Hard to say and I doubt we'll ever know.

EG needs to find some... synergy in it's line up, HuK not participating is a REAL hit to that in my opinion, hes such a Sheth-like player in that he can really take games from anyone, at any time at a consistent rate. EG's lineup sort of lacks that sort of player without HuK.

Again, putting up with it doesn't make the disadvantage go away. It's not excuse, it's a fact that cross-server lag is bad. Remember TSL3? When Goody beat Nestea and AdelScott beat MVP playing cross-server? You wouldn't call that an even playing field, corect? Goody and Adelscott weren't definitively better players, but they were good enough players to win with that advantage. My point isn't that it's *unfair* for EG to have to play in bad conditions given that they agreed to those conditions. My point IS that it is completely asinine to try to draw any kind of conclusions about which team is better based on these results. I'm addressing the torrent of people screaming, "wow, EG's so pathetic for getting AK'd by Sheth!"

There is something really important missing. I believe it is called love and dedication for your Team. And the only EG Player who probably possesses both of these doesnt possess Talent.
