I'm not accusing ANYONE of this, but just hypothetically speaking, there are so many spectators for these games, so can't the players get whispers from spectators about what their opponent is doing? i.e. cheating.....again, not saying that anyone is doing it, just saying, isnt that possible?

I don't have a reason to think they're cheating, but I am always a bit suprised how often teammates are in games as spectators. I can imagine it can be quite tempting to abuse your knowledge in an important match with a lot of money and fame on the line.

Most tournaments require you set to busy. And that can be checked by a third party.

Demuslim vs. Feast was like that at some recent tourney where somebody leaked Demuslim's build to Feast

Social media ruins replay casts.

Teams posting hype articles, teams tweeting to check out X series now etc. When you know it's from replays it's impossible not to have your expectations altered somewhat =(

Yeah, http://www.reddit.com/r/starcraft/comments/pzdhu/liquid_vs_eg_tonight_in_the_ipl_team_arena_this/ was posted earlier. Made me kind of figure that Liquid won.

actually they do, but i think only your own in game chat. i remember it ruined 2v2 tournament games because you could figure out who won by whose chat was in the replay (winners always submitted replays).

Nice lag with IPL, they all play on the US when every EG player but Demuslim has huge lag. You could tell with JYPs force fields and Puma's marine micro at the start.

This tournament holds no water. I'd LOVE to see Sheth take on Puma or JYP in LAN.

You think LANs don't lag a bit as well? IPL can't do anything about the issue

Yet despite this the korean teams are still crushing everything, lag isn't that bad and while jyp might have fared a little better with better forcefields, its not like he was perfect in every other way then a few forcefields.

And alot of liquid has the same lag, ret haypro jinro and tlo all play with the america-eu lag. How would you deal with lag? just not invite non americans to participate?

America-EU lag isn't bad at all. And I'm pretty sure at LEAST Jinro and Haypro have US - Korea lag
can i get my estro logo back pls
