As far as I know the bracket wont be up until the morning of the competition because registration is open until an hour before it starts.

The event has been updated with seeded teams as well as guest caster ChanManV! Qualifier #1 is this Saturday at 1:00 PM EST and this Sunday at 1:00 PM EST. Half the qualifier bracket will be played out each day, and we will meet in channel Imgur.
Registration for qualifier #1 ends one hour before the event starts! Go register now! Also tweet about this league so that all teams involved can get maximum exposure!

Seeded teams are Legion, GoSu, Check-Six, and Clash.

The thread has been updated accordingly.

Can I ask on what basis teams were seeded ? LighT has never lost to legion and clash (beat them in ESEA), and did better than them in NASTL qualifiers as well. I do understand Gosu and CheckSix though -- just wondering about the other 2. Not that I really care I'd just be interested to hear what the metric for deciding was

Please note that Light barely beat Team Clash on ESEA just by 1 game margin. LighTGolden, supposedly the best player on Team Light, lost to ClashMoOk on other online tournament. Also if I remember it correctly, Team Clash had faced Team Vile on the second round. In the end, neither of the teams passed the qualifier. So if you're questioning about how Clash is being seeded, you need to bring your own team onto the table as well.

P.S. Why is Legion seeded? This tournament is sponsored by this team, Duh.

The rules say no observers except for streamers/casters. Since there are only 3 casters for the tour, can teams cover their own matches? If not, there will be tons of CWs going without coverage.

Teams are not allowed to provide their own casters. There will only be one official stream online at any given time. However, if you would like to propose adding another guest caster to the list you can talk to an admin.

Very excited to be a part of this event, and even more honored to be considered a team worthy of an invitation! Can't wait to see who else qualifies.

I hope the finals date can be adjusted so that it's not the weekend of MLG Columbus, as I'm sure many of the teams will be at that event.

So there are like 64~ teams signed up now, which means 32 cws round 1 give or take a couple. You are only arranging for ONE of these matches to be casted per round? So basically 62 teams have to sit around and can;t even watch their own teammates playing? I don't understand why you wouldn't want a bit more exposure during this..

We will allow one manager from each team to obs but streams outside of the official stream are not allowed due to the excessive amount of stream cheating that has taken place in other leagues. We have 2 official streams that are featured on liquid calendar, and three casters, so they can cover multiple games if needed, and it will be plenty of exposure because both streams will be featured.

Why would you be concerned about stream cheating but not about observer cheating? Isnt that like trusting the same team integrity that you aren't trusting? I mean, cheaters are going to cheat right? Might as well let folks watch it.

Nevertheless, excited about the tournament and wish everyone the best of luck.

After discussion with admins we will be allowing streams outside of the official streams. However, a 4 minute delay will be mandatory, and failure to set a delay will result in a team's removal from the league. In addition, no observers will be allowed (watch the streams).

Team Captains.. make sure you check your email for a mass message that was just sent from the CSN site with details on how to 'Check In' prior to the event starting.

The Check In process allows the admins to know which teams are actually present and ready to be added to the bracket.

Once the Check in Period has expired, the admins will need about 10 minutes to seed the teams that have checked in and generate the brackets. When the brackets have been generated, a VIEW BRACKET button will appear on the EVENT PAGE and you will be able to see your opponent, click on the match and view match details. You will also be able to report scores at that point.

Feel free to message me via the CSN site csn_johnclark or via Team Liquid if you are having issue. We are continuing to design and add features to the site that make team management and bracket navigation easier for all users.

thank you for the support!
