Polt sets up insane concaves and already spreads out the fungals very well but if he can get a few EMPs on the infestors its suddenly not that scary. You can only do that if you bank lots of gas, and that won't happen if a terran is smart enough to use drops. Like how polt limited stephano to brood lords by constantly doing drops.
