That a college organization coupled with a few incredibly driven tournament organizers could gather such an impressive list of players, casters and sponsors is a testament to the power of the passion and talent in this community. It takes place during the closing days of SXSW, a hyper-modern multimedia festival and conference. We need to show the wider entertainment industry what is so great about e-sports. I've yet to hear anything about who is managing the stream production (other than the wizened wizard TheGunRun will be ensuring stream quality). I hope to see minimal down-time. The gaps between games would be a great time to share some of the story-lines that made 2011 such an incredible year for sc2. This would be a good source of inspiration. (though some in-jokes would be much appreciated.) edit: also, I never thought i'd have the privilege of meeting some of my favorite player of all time. What's an SC2 appropriate object to get signed?

Your suggestions are appreciated! One thing we are focusing on with this tournament is the production quality. Our primary goal with the stream is to transform that tournament hundreds or thousands of miles away into a feeling that the viewer is actually attending the event. To give a couple spoilers, we will be integrating into the stream a live feed of the mainstage and audience, camera feeds of the players and casters, and an interview cam. Everyone can look forward to custom overlays, transition scenes, and a few surprises no tournament has yet attempted. Another emphasis is reducing down time. We have a number of unique interviews and live entertainment segments planned in addition to the non-stop StarCraft action. Thanks for the support!

Select is a Korean citizen and has lived the majority of his life in Korea, it only happened to be that he was in the US studying when sc2 was released. I would definitely call him Korean since he was a Korean in both wc3 and 40k. HuK on the other side has a dual citizenship, so he's both American and Canadian. but he prefers to call himself a Canadian.
