Yeah, but I am pretty sure that I have seen a lot of attempts to kill PFs nullified and crushed by repairs on the PF.
If anyone lets OC/CC/PF die to it burning down it's rather bad play.

Terrans can repair though, it's even better than waiting for something to passively regain health....
