Quick spire gives some flexibility against that air play by protoss at least; not sure how it would stand up to mass gateway all-ins Anyone else have a general opinion on his build? promising or no? | ||

Not great vs. the 2-base all-ins, but considering Axslav is a very macro-oriented player who loves stargate play it was a good build in my opinion. | ||

Well if it was a gateway allin I feel like he would have played it differently. If his overseer scouted 4-5 gateways going down instead of that startgate he probably would have thrown down some spines and made mutas instead of corrupters. If he made enough spines then +1/+1 lings with spines and mutas can handle gateway allins. | ||
