Take a look at the list of players he took out in the Iron Squid qualifiers last weekend. He also beat Jjakji last year when he won the Korean Weekly. He's very young, and very inconsistent, but when he plays well, he's an extremely entertaining player to watch and clearly has great potential.

He was pretty clearly talking about this specific match. No one is going to try to deny that Life is really good (well nobody who knows anything about SC2). Beating Artist would certainly be beating someone "special."

Honestly, I don't really see a code a player beating Artist as any kind of decent win either. Thank God that's over. So insanely uncompetitive :/

yeah Abver is best ZvT in eu.

What? That has nothing to do with what anyone was talking about and it's not true.

But in NASTL Abver did so well against Artist as known as #1 ELO TvZer

In the foreign scene Artist is very good but there are a hundred Artists in Korea. People tend to overhype players who stomp on foreigners.

Artist is one of the best TvZ players in the foreign community. He's not Code S caliber, but as far as his TvZ goes, he could definitely compete at a Code A level.

Also sieging all tanks in one spot is a BAD idea. Even hitting them with Banelings is cost effective against this.

You're trying to be funny and inflammatory, but you're just looking like an idiot, which is all I really expect from your posts. Winning a Bo1 doesn't mean that you suddenly are the "best in a match-up." However, holding a >85% win rate in a match-up over the course of almost 50 games does speak to how good he is at the match-up. Even if he's playing foreigners, winning that high of a percentage of games is ridiculous Artist TLPD

Just look at his record? People hype up Inori because he went 5-3 at IPL. Personally, I find consistency to be a lot more impressive than a one time flash in the pan.

Artist is pretty good but he hasn't won anything significant over the cours of his career. Yeah he has a pretty good Winrate but most Koreans pros would have those if they competed so much in foreign tournaments. He's a good Korean Code B Terran but not even close to Code A caliber . The niveau Code A has gotten so much better in the last few seasons.

And talking about consistency, I think no one can beat this guy for his 0-0 record in kr. So infinitely consistent

yeah Abver is best ZvT in eu.

What? That has nothing to do with what anyone was talking about and it's not true.

But in NASTL Abver did so well against Artist as known as #1 ELO TvZer

ReIGN looking bad,i dont like it.

Not to take anything away from Life here, but hes not exactly beating anyone special. Its not even middling code a/b players.

Beating Artist would certainly be beating someone "special."

cmon this Artist dude is mediocre at best. Im not hating but he rather showed it. I fail to see why you hype him so hard everytime

Just look at his record? People hype up Inori because he went 5-3 at IPL. Personally, I find consistency to be a lot more impressive than a one time flash in the pan.

yeah man 90% of the games, he beat slivkowho, tefelwho, ilovesmilewho and lotta [insert random]zerg. He also managed to snatch games from Check. violet zomg. Thats gosuness imo
And talking about consistency, I think no one can beat this guy for his 0-0 record in kr. So infinitely consistent

Artist is good TvZ man,he beat DIMAGA,viOlet,Lucky and SymboL...

don't underestimate him.

Beating those players makes him decent at TvZ. Lucky is barely Code S, now back down to Code A.

Good at TvZ means beating code S zergs like Curious

Great at TvZ means beating DRG or Leenock and other top tier zergs.

Foreigner win rate is a weak argument =/
