Stephano is probably one of the best foreign Zergs but best player outside of Korea? I am not sure about that. This is a very small tournament. Things would looks very different if more top talent was here. He is good enough to know that Stephano can probably take a series off anyone in the world. Some of the other players in this tournament. Not so much.

I don't think its very proper to try to consider balance in these types of discussions. Its best to just go by results and how their games have looked lately, since there is obviously more to it than results.
