What the hell are you talking about? The 3rd CC wasn't reactive to the 7gate, he decided to do that way before Puzzle started warping in his extra 4 gateways.
If he'd chosen to put down Barracks, he would have done so before the 4 gates started. He would have had a ton more units to hold off the attack.
And Puzzle could no way have won if he moved forwards. Barracks streaming out units, the narrowest chokepoint in the whole map, stop position SCVs, Puzzle's mineral bank was running low (no more Zealots), Ryung had +1 weaps and stim finished, Puzzle's Sentries were all gone...
I have no idea what was going through your mind when you wrote that.
