Why should they only be allowed to praise them but not to critizice them? Just look at other sport commentaries, players are being ripped apart from the commentators...

Moletrap talked way too much shit about how bad Vines was, because his record was 3-20. There was a while where I was annoyed too because he wouldn't drop it, I thought it was really BM. Khaldor tried to change the subject a couple of times, but Moletrap wouldn't budge on this one. And then of course, after we had to listen to Moletrap harp about how bad he was, Vines wins 2 games. In fact, Moletrap was still going on about how terrible Vines was, even AFTER he won the first game. The casting for the GSTL is nowhere near the quality of professional sports. It's like night and day.

It's like night and day. A lot of commentators seem to watch very minimal Starcraft that they don't cast. So they will often make these bizzare claims (like Oz being bad PvT) because they haven't actually watched Starcraft that much and just check TLPD the night before.

It's like night and day. I can understand casters wanting to criticize players, but it's pretty unfair when you don't explain why they are playing poorly/what parts of their game are poor. I was ragging on Zenio's ZvP pretty badly in this thread but I've seen his games and even his wins have only reinforced my opinion, so I could tell you what exactly about his play bugs me.

And wtf oGs? Are you doomed to under perform in team leagues until the end of time? And what gives with these so-so players being so clutch in team league games. Ah the magic of team league I missed thee~
