central/east european countries have surprisingly good internet, mostly due to the fact that everything's new there, i doubt this has anything to do with it
you should try to go there, they have very beautiful architecture and life in the big cities isn't much different than any west european cities, except cheaper and with much more pretty girls

I was there last winter, bribing people to get my grandparents admitted to hospitals because of advanced techno paradise invested all money into superior internet connections instead of little things like hospitals. . But its true, the girls are desperate to escape so they pretty themselves up for foreigners
