Yes, there is a creep tumor there so you have to kill it to remove the creep so you can build on it.

This stops Terrans from floating over a fresh CC at the very start and having a huge advantage until enemy air comes out. | ||

Also love the map. Looking forward to more games on it, and to see how people use the islands. FYI the creep tumor is blocking an expo, so you need detection to expand to the island. | ||
