Brackets will most likely be posted in 5 minutes or so (12:00 KST). If they post them in the internet right away or not is a totally different manner. Registration is supposedly closed at least.

I think a lot of it came down to the fact that torch had the equipment needed to stream, but now that he's back in the US, there's no more equipment, so no stream.
