Take is very smart to use this pixelated-player method to hype up his tournament.. The only thing that puzzles me is that eg werent willing to bring geoff to dreamhack but they are fine bringing up to HSC4? I assume at dreamhack there is obviously going to be more people watching so more marketing for EG and their assorted sponsors. Of course HSC4 is a cool tourney and will have quite a few stream viewers but there is needless to say not going to be thousands at the venue like at dreamhack.

dreamhack is 100% srs bsns, so loaded with top players Incontrol was probably not going to make it out of groups - and if you dont win you cant thank your sponsors. Geoffs strength is marketing. if he plays some fun games at hsc, even if he loses he can commentate for the rest of the weekend and big up the EG name, its the kind of thing that is really suited to his combination of being a pro player as well as a community guy.
