My friend and I want to go to the Barcraft @ Krefeld, but since we live in The Netherlands, does anyone know any cheap place (max 25 euro p.p.) to stay from Saturday till Sunday?
PM me please if you know something.
Thanks!

Thanks! take recommended this hotel: ETAP Hotel Duesseldorf edit its the nearest hotel you can find so paying ten euros more shouldnt be aproblem ^^. also it jus take 14 minutes or so walking distance you can see it here google maps: google maps route hotel to take If you have difficulties booking the room try to go to the website: http://www.etaphotel.com/gb/home/index.shtml and then search for duesseldorf with the other informations and then book the hotel: "ETAP HOTEL Duesseldorf Messe Krefeld"

Also Dual Sight is a swell map: TvZ: 21-24 (46.7%) | ZvP: 12-25 (32.4%) | PvT: 14-24 (36.8%) stats without a source are allways a great thing. :p where are those stats from? your dreams? a bronze/silver/gold tournament? especially ZvP 12-25, this makes it real interesting since Dual Sight was allways known as a zerg map in ZvP and most of the ZvP I watched on this map had a zerg winner. So I wonder what this post is about? Yeah the map pool is very conservative, but there isn't anything wrong with it. I don't see a reason to bring some new stuff, that turned out to be pretty imbalanced (well it was clear from the beginning) like Calm before the storm (only very little success for Zerg players here) or some complete new and untested maps in. These maps proved to be o.k. at the very least, so no problem here!

I'm also starting to think players should get fined for agreeing to go to a tournament and then not show up =/. It hurts far to many tournaments... Also Demu has the worst luck ever QQ. If he could get some solid practice in for an extended period of time he would be so beast but he keeps just doing short stints of practice ><.

The line-up is good despite few people cancelling. What does the timing have to do with anything? Either the people know that they will be able to come and accept the invitation or the won't be able to participate and decline the invitation (edit: or they tried to apply for a visa which they didn't get, in which case it's not their fault of course). Did White-Ra only now realize that it's going to be christmas in his country? And you say "i feel the opposite", does that mean you think it's very respectful?

I'm not only talking about White-ra here, and as stated by others, it could be visa issues so you really cant help it. I also, as you can see, edited the first sentence because it wasn't what i wanted to say in the first place. So no, i don't think its respectful to cancel at the last minute. The point was, Christmas and new year is the only holiday(s) for some people they get to see their families and friends, if you host an event very early after these holidays, IN MY OPINION, the timing isn't the best. If the players said very clearly to TaKe, that they will attend the event (when the first players were announced, if i have understood this right) and just now cancelled, yes, i can understand it and they should've done it just the way you described. But since i don't know how the invitations went and what were the answers, hard to say exactly. Oh, and the timing for this event is the best for me personally, if you care to know. But obviously not for some people.
