Again my players have to play fan favourites He won because HerO went pheonix which is the easy counter to 1-1-1... There are other protosses who would have done a pressure build to kill off some units and weaken the 1-1-1 whilst expanding. It was a kneejerk reaction by hero that lost him the game (without knowing how it would have panned out otherwise)...
That being said, people really do under rate asd too much... He got into code S......

And 1gate robo builds are just bad against everything. You just get to WATCH them as they kill you instead of being in the dark.

Gom should just stop calling code A or code S. Code A has no champion anymore, just a preliminary round for code S, so it is basically just one tournament with one champion. Dropping to code A doesn't mean much also, you can still win code S next season.
Code S should be called GSL, and it is better than just Code S anyway.

Clearly no one saw Hero crush face in IPL3 games yesterday against prob one of or the best foreigner PvT. The only playing badly he did was making the wrong units at the wrong time.
|
Fuck yes im glad asd won, i feel like he's got a lot more potential than hero does in the long term.
Hero will most definitely have a better run next season though!

Because of the possibility of 1/1/1 on that map. Asd meta-game'd Hero hard on those 2 last games. Sad because i feel HerO is more than twice better than asd, but clever/tricky play carried asd. =_(
Yeah, that is what people commonly refer to as "beatiful decision making" - a nice way to speak about build order wins...

I think that right now your whole team except Leenock is underrated, they seem quite ahead in the mindgame department, probably an excellent work by Choya

I don't know what was so obvious about it. Players go 2 rax or 1-1-1 on that map like 90% of the time. Not in game 3 when you opened cloakshee twice. In those cases 90% of the times the korean terrans will use a greedy macro build, knowing the protoss will play defensively because of the map and the last 2 games. It's the job of the coach to predict that and tell him before game 3 imo, and if I can predict this I'm sure the coaches can do it too.

But he looks a little bit evil though.

Poor Hero. Perhaps he was not in good form from playing in other tournaments.
