The only thing MVP has going for him is that sC is very slow with his 4th+ expansions.

why is MVP's macro failing this game?

He was sitting at 500-600 minerals+ most of the early to mid game. Those extra marines could of totally helped him against those devasting early drop/attack

As long as MVP maxes out once, he'll have a shot. A slim one, but it's still better than nothing.
