Is Sundance related to Slush? Doesn't slush hold the reputation of "the best player no one ever gets to see" at MLG's? That would be Polt.
Hey I'm just quoting day9. Besides, slush has been to an awful lot more MLG's than Polt.

Casters get tired after casting. True facts.

Argh...I can't do it anymore. The caster on Beta 2 speaks way too fast, and his mouse movements are so erratic...
Someone needs to check on him, he may be overdosed on caffeine...

The foreigners in the OB are mostly not the best of the best, and it will take the best of the best to beat the likes of Nestea and MVP. This tournament, while very stacked in terms of Koreans, is missing a lot of top foreigner pros: no Dimaga, no White-Ra, no Stephano, no Nerchio, no Sen, etc. Stephano is here Is he? Okay, in that case let's just say they haven't played yet. Stephano isn't here. He went to the last MLG, but not this one. He would have had to battle through the open bracket, and he gets fatigued really easily so he didn't want to bother going - especially with how tough the competition is.

only to realize they're plastic.

Schedule says they will show all those matches in a row.

Not many people really expected much else. Only the top foreigners really take games off Koreans, and a lot of the top foreigners are either seeded too high to have played yet, or they aren't there.
Also how many of those 40 wins were vs no named Bronze--> GM people?

+1.5 means he starts 1 game up and - is 1 game down.

Holy $#!+.
Yeah, I think SC eSports could be something... sure, it's not NFL numbers, but it's still a hell of a lot of people. (Even if some of the hits are technical glitches.) And that's not counting people viewing via YouTube or the official streams. (I'm so baller, I have both twitch broadcasts going AND the official MLG Red stream going.)
That's the number of overall views, not the concurrent viewers. >_>

where is this Beta stream???
|
lol. I hope slush does something just absolutely ridiculous.
|
wow....no mc vs mvp on stream?wtf!
|
The commentator on Beta 2 must be exhausted after this, talking nonstop and fast as shit.
|
who chooses what matches to stream? can't we just tweet at him what we wanna see?.. is it so hard to stream what people want? or maybe he can just read the thread or just add a poll?
|
Are they going to show MC vs MVP? I want to witness legend of the fall so badly!!!

Okay, in that case let's just say they haven't played yet. He's not here. Neither is nerchio, thorzain, demuslim, Whitera and countless other european players. But it's still a good measure of Korea vs World, and a great tournament. Idra, HuK and Nani are as good as any other foreigner.
Okay, that's what I thought. Seems like the EU pros except for Naniwa are basically sitting this one out for some reason, so we're left with American pros, and while the top American pros are very, very good, there aren't that many of them. It's really just up to IdrA, HuK, and Naniwa for the most part.

Slush vs Nestea ? Seriously ? Of all the 4 matches, they had to choose this one
