You don't understand what the fear of not knowing if a 1-1-1 is coming or not is causing in a protoss players mind.

But fear in no way equates to imbalance lol. Bad scouting doesn't equate to imbalance either .

Because you can't scout anything with your first probe scout or even worse you come to his base too late and it gets shot down by the marine before you even get to see anything.
After that you can't get into his base and don't see anything before the observer and a fast robo puts you behind to a terran going 1 rax CC behind his wall off while your sitting at home with your nexus not even started.

Whoaaa that's way too specific of an incident lol. Saying you cannot scout anything at all with your 1st probe is pretty hilarious; however, I don't want to get into a 1/1/1 discussion. In the end, nobody will change their mind about it.
