The thing is, the just-for-fun players are there in the first rounds of the OB every MLG. You just didn't see them before because of Pool Play being broadcast while the first open bracket rounds were being played. Now with the new setup, there's nothing else to show than the top pro's rolling over some low level players. If you're already shelling out for a spectator pass, you may as well pay a bit more and get a competitor pass. You get a chance of playing against some of the very best players in the world. Well worth it. I'd do it in a heartbeat if I ever was going to visit an MLG. | ||
