Its true - there's no excuse for it, but its also not a reason to insult Blizzard or their members / employees... that is really harsh. I can understand people are upset, but seriously. It's a reason to insult whoever made the final decision to not show Naniwa vs NesTea, but yes flaming Blizzard or Dustin Browder is just unfair.

Ueh. Are upgrades really going to save Ret with such underwhelming numbers?
|
If you go to Blizzcon can you watch the other matches?
|
Careful not to get supply blocked when making roaches...

is the stream quite laggy and also lagging down the whole computer for anyone else? it feels as if it would consume more cpu power than available, which is impossible though.

Also, keep in mind it's not only Blizzard that are deciding when /what matches are shown. Keep in mind the casters, casting is very exhausting and you need to break alot of breaks or you will quickly become very worn out, also Tastosis are jet lagged which factors in. Yup, I heard of a casting duo dying because of casting 2 matches in a row, pretty tragic stuff.

the breaks are longer than the actual matches

The only thing that needs to be thrown into a fire is the person(s) responsible for the broadcast being as fucking awful as it has been. We have a live tournament with three of the best casters in SC2, a lineup of some of the best players on the planet, and a venue that thus far has encountered zero internet issues. And what do we get? A bunch of downtime and a ZvZ nobody gives a shit about while the best players are playing off-stream somewhere. I can at least sympathize with tournaments like IPL and MLG when things have gone wrong because the issues have been often out of their hands. But this? This is actually the biggest travesty I've seen in terms of a StarCraft 2 tournament because literally nothing is going wrong from a technical standpoint and it's still garbage.
Well spoken... I think Blizzard has no feeling about e-sport...

Wow Sen outmacroed Ret. Sen seems like the better player.
|
Ret.
|
I think what happened that game was that Ret spent a lot of larvae and resources into zerglings, failed to do much damage, lost a bunch of them to banelings, and then just got straight up rolled by Sen who had the resources and larvae to pump roaches.

Sweet another 15 minute match into 2 hour downtime ...
|
Not a ZvZ expert, but it seemed that Sen did hit some crazy good timings.

The entire wow expansion is adapated from asianic culture, and they showed us the chinese player and are now going to show us the Taiwanese player despite there being incredible matches going on elsewhere.
/conspiracy theory go
