EDIT: nvm just found out gonna show hero vs sleep now xD HerO fighting!
He mentionned his previous win at Dreamhack invitational, saying he was afraid of an a rematch because he thinks Hero is very good. And maybe he's scared not to be able to beat top korean protoss twice in a row in big events (he got beat by MC a few times after beating him the first time in TSL)

Select won the Blizzcon NA qualifier so he's a NA player. Major won the Blizzcon LA qualifier but he's still a NA player.
Flawless logic ~~ What continent do you think mexico is in? 88% North America and 12% Central America. But that was not my point actually.

now tl is with hero, time to bounce back

Exactly this.
We got to look at the legs of an awesome and very funny lady, and watch HuK - BoxeR on BW.
I want more delays like this one :D

Yes, IPL made the delays work wonderfully.

SeleCT is on the same level as ThorZaIN (better micro, worse macro), but I think it's been months since SeleCT practiced on the NA server. It's a stretch to call him an NA player. QXC got much better with his stay in KR, and even his time in EU. More of an NA player but still a stretch. MajOr is good, but super predictable and now he's in KR, so he's not really an NA terran either.
Regarding zergs, saying IdrA is as good as EU zergs is hilarious, I count at least five better zergs than IdrA (Stephano, Nerchio, Ret, MorroW and DIMAGA in that order) from Europe, and one (Sheth) from NA. I disagree about the Zergs. I cannot say IdrA is WORSE or better than them, but I think it really depends on his daily play. Sometimes he's outstanding, sometimes insanely 'weak' or disappointing. Same for DIMAGA for example. That's a fair point, DIMAGA is extremely inconsistent and terrible against certain styles. But I'd say that the first three (Stephano, Nerchio, Ret) are better than IdrA all the time, and that MorroW, Sheth, and DIMAGA usually are. I don't know and I don't want to discuss as I think its really hard to seperate players in Starcraft 2 from each other. No one is outstanding or super constant and a game or series is easily lost. Ret for example is beastly .. but thats because he's super greedy. If he gets punished, he dies. If he doesn't, he wins. So... all the players you named are very good and very close in skill, but all of them have their highs and downs. As I said I think its very hard to seperate all of them into different skill levels as IdrA did show amazing games vs PuMa or single series at MLG while he also did show terrible play in some other situations. It really depends on the matchup, match, series etc... Overall that player discussion really is not doing anyone any good. I think that used to be the case for Ret, but he's gotten much much cleverer and better at reading his opponent. I can't really tell Stephano, Nerchio, and Ret apart, and they all have different styles, it's quite neat. They're probably the top three foreigners at the moment actually.
Nothing I saw from IdrA demonstrated to me that he's solved some of the most fundamental mistakes that I think he makes with his play. He's definitely better than he was last month though. And he didn't leave some games as early as he used to, but I don't think that's improvement, per se.
On October 08 2011 05:58 1Eris1 wrote: Ret>Idra? Really....You could make an arguement for Nerchio or Stephano, but I don't see how you think Ret is better If you watch their games, I really don't know how you could possibly see otherwise. Ret's decision making, reads, and mechanics are all stronger right now.

IPL outdoing MLG in every possible way... getting to showcast matches that are ongoing.. how cool is that?

Mexico is obviously in Europe.
Which makes majOr the best european zerg (and therefore the best zerg in the world).

I am pretty sure it's 1-0 with sleep being up one, however I'm not entirely sure.

You really come off as quite ignorant here lol. You don't think we watch the players play? "talk to top level players" oh please... How many of them are fond of IdrA and his BM? Both you and the "pros" you talk to seem quite biased, just as Axslav obviously was when he stated that IdrA was better than any other zerg outside of korea (in reality he is ONE OF THE BEST outside of Korea, that doesn't make him THE BEST, there is probably no "the best" zerg outside of Korea now).
Also, seeing you quoting MTW Naruto up there obviously proves my thing about pros opinions, obviously all of them don't agree with you .

TBH his other race match-ups may not be as strong as nerchio or stephano, and dimaga is weak vs T. BUT I am pretty sure dimaga is the best zvz foreigner zerg, he is definately better than stephano and he seems to be able to be nerchio more than he loses to him, as for idra idk tbh, but I feel dimaga is at least as good based on my bias and not being impressed by idra's decent zvz.
I think Nerchio has the best ZvZ hands down. I may have been lucky(or unlucky depends on how you look at it) but I never seen Nerchio lose a ZvZ-series.
