But whatever, weird people will be weird.

Thats sad and it makes SC2 look bad =/ There is hardly any player who represents the stereotype nerd as precisely as Kawaii -.- You're an idiot, there's no reason to be so insulting towards KR. What are you even trying to say? You're either a troll or an asshole, either way, get those kinds of comments out of here. You don't even know Kawaiirice, yet you completely insult him, why? Kawaiirice is one of the most exciting players in the world in my opinion, he regularly gives us great games with his phenomenal micro, and he's incredibly talented. Hayward would get crushed by any pro, I really don't think what the pro looks like would have any kind of negative effect on Starcraft 2. Come on, be reasonable.

Amateurs won't have much of a chance, and for pros paying a trip and then maybe win 1000 dollars just to go +/- It isn't that tempting

The brackets do look kind of devoid of exceptional talent, but I see enough good players in the brackets that the top 16 should be filled with decent players that can compete with the other 16. I see a ton of no-names, but there are a lot of players like Kawaiirice, Puma, Kiwikaki, sheth, etc. They probably won't be challenged on their way to the top 16, but I think that they still could do some damage once they get to the main bracket.
