So that was a pretty predictable series frankly, not the result, which is surprising, but the way it played out. The fifth game was basically exactly how HasuObs and DIMAGA play, and HasuObs had better army control by a good margin.
I wrote in the IEM Preview that one of DIMAGA's issues is that he loves to headbutt forcefields; he does this constantly, his large army control is really quite poor in my view. I'm totally confused about why he got his hive so late like the rest of you, but what lost the game was DIMAGA's passivity in the face of Hasu's army. Those spine crawlers are something every zerg should be making, but DIMAGA completely ignored their purpose, which is to delay the protoss army. While Hasu is taking down the spine crawlers, DIMAGA needs to be setting up a flank, or counterattacking with zerglings, or something. Building up his army at one point is totally useless, all Hasu has to do is FF off the infestors and he's set. And he successfully did that in each engagement. Easy.
