yea it does or else u wont have enought eco to hold the z's push while repumping continuously, there gonna max out way faster than u and bank up alot of mins(theyre always gonna stay maxed), only way u can go up against that is by taking ur 3rd way earlier but he opened 3g + didnt chrono his probe enought and massed too much off of 2base without pressuring or anything, didnt have nearly enought eco to justify the style he was trying to play which is why is got steamrolled when coca attacked
