MC takes a lot of risks at times probably because he feels he needs to (otherwise why do it?) You can't play safe in PvT and win. The reason these guys take risks is obvious - you just get steamrolled otherwise. Protoss - in PvT especially - is incredibly fragile. You have to rely on things like nailing perfect FFs just to stay even at times, so when it fails you look like a fool.
I'm really hoping Blizz gives toss some attention in HotS. I won't say the race is UP, but it's pretty terribly designed. We've been able to coast on raw power for a while, but with recent buffs to Z and the metagame shift/player improvements vT, it's hard to win.

Anyway I love the fact that Select beat a very solid player in Hero. Still, I dont think Select would beat Hero in a rematch now that he knows what kind of hyper aggressive style he's up against. That's not true, I'm sure people saw him in Iccup weeklys and GSTL, I loved his play even before being picked up by TL
Hero is like... amongst top 10 KR protoss definitely, but he's far from the very best. I think he's sort of at the same level of sage or yonghwa, a step below alicia, two steps below puzzle and like a millions steps below MC

Coca had such a long break in play. He played like 3 series yesterday consecutively, then pretty much a 24 hour break. Did anyone else do that?

As for "maybe except MC" I was talking about MC's PvT compared to Mana's, not MC compared to Select, so I have no idea what your objection means.
mana would probably beat select though, just cause he's not at MLG doesnt mea his PvT isnt sick

Yessir. Select guaranteed top 2 no matter what, three way tie between Hero/Slush/Trickster for third if he loses, and then it depends on game differential between the three.
