The following is a list of behaviors that will get immediate bans:

1. Whining about stream
2. Bashing other games
3. Flaming other users
4. Bashing players
5. Complaining about imbalance

About Puma... he's certainly good, but there's something off about his play, he seems vulnerable in many points. I wonder how his TvZ is.

The best player at the end of the games lifetime is nearly always the best of all time in terms of video games. They know the game in and out. They know the best strategies. They know how to counter dated strategies. Get a time machine and grab Grrrr and IdrA from their respective points in time in Korea and watch Grrrr get wrecked because he would be so behind in strategies.


So President Obama is better than Iulius Caesar by default just because it's 2011? Stupid response by you, sorry.

Better comparison would be that Messi is better than Pele

Did Nada just give up there? Could have done some nice splash damage to the Thors by landing individual vikings on them. Probably way too far behind anyway though.

K it was a genuine question. People say Nony/Mondragon/JF etc were really good at BW but I don't get that if they're still nowhere near Koreans.


BW was a lot different. The scenes were considered completely separate. When someone says "X foreigner was really good at BW," and they're talking about someone that played after 2001-3ish it is implied they are not counting Koreans. There was no comparison. Korean BW pro's had practice regiments and infrastructure that puts even SC2 korean pro-houses to shame.

Ya this is the impression I got but wasn't sure 'cause people keep gushing about these guys as if they were genuinely good. So even the shitty b-teamers who have switched to SC2 were better at BW than any foreigner?


Yes they would have been and many had been crushed by B-teamers because as has been said the BW practice schedule in Korea was unbelievable.

if you think Grrr in his prime could take a game off idra in his prime at BW, i would like to make a friendly wager..


grrr and elky were the best foreigners in term of accomplishments not skill, heres a small list

greatest accomplishments = elky/grrr
greatest all time skill level = draco
greatest potential = jf/mondi
greatest skill level at the end of sc1 = ret nony idra


i kinda think ret should be on that greatest potential list considering he retired every 6 months


mondragon was something else though...
