Any push 'can' be tough to execute. But Terran pushes aren't that difficult unless you have a few tricks in mind. Standard marine/tank pushes aren't that hard. They just aren't.

Same as Zerg pushes involving lings and banelings aren't that hard to execute, beyond gauging whether or not you've got enough to not die instantly.
