Koreans pretty shaky in europe lately...select's gotten stomped by mc before but hes on a roll lately. Still dont see him winning but you never know. Wouldnt be an upset if nerchio won tho Puma hasnt looked so hot.

MC looks the clear favorite to win, but I'm not sure who will be facing him in the final, I could see puma losing to nerchio or socke/kas.

Man I really wish IEM stuck the 2 losers of each group into a losers bracket. Kinda sucks for someone like Killer to fly all this way, do ok (2-1), and get knocked out of the competition on the first day. This group system is very unforgiving.

MC vs Puma would be nice, I would expect MC to get his revenge.

Agreed. People keep using it because their favorite players get blown out. Rather dumb IMO.

No, LOL is much simpler, easier to learn. DOTA teams actually utilize complicated strategies. If you are a complete noob, LOL is your game.

Complete generalizations, LoL is not for 'complete noobs"- it's just a different and, yes, somewhat simpler game.

That doesn't mean it's just for 'noobs'. Playing it at the top level is still a very, very, difficult and taxing thing to do.

I'm also very curious as to why.

Yeah I was wondering that. Sometimes the warning goes to things that shouldn't get one and other times people get away with saying stupid hatred things.

PuMa felt inconsistent to be honest. Stephano won his first game against PuMa in brilliant fashion and MaNa just outplayed PuMa in almost every way possible. On the other hand, the second and third game against Stephano PuMa looked very solid and a similar thing can be said for his games against SaSe although one should note that SaSe played just plain bad in this tournament.

So, I doubt PuMa will be able to win versus Nerchio.

Its funny how the europeans get on here and post ESL and craft cup and crap like that and think it means something. Mana's problem has always been inconsistency. When he's on, he's very good, but sometimes he looks incredibly outclassed. As with everyone else, lets see how he fares against Koreans in a GSL environment. Beating a code B Korean in one match doesn't mean a thing.

Though I refer to him as a code B terran he is a strong player. MC was afraid of him for NASL he even mentioned. MC, the unrealistically cocky player was afraid of Puma, which definitely says something about how he's viewed on the korean scene

Puma did get outplayed, you're right.

That doesn't change the fact that jet lag affects a pro's ability to play. I have no idea on Puma's situation in particular, but jet lag absolutely can be an issue for people flying around the world and to rule it out as a possible problem is as silly as saying that it's the only explanation for a loss.

MaNa, Nerchio are sooooo young!
You have to remember, that they have school for 10 months, so it limits their practice time.
Since it's vacation time, they've had A LOT time to practice (we could assume they practiced 5-8 hours a day for 1,5 month time), so it's THE time that we can see their true potential.

If they would go to Korea, they would have MUCH MORE time to practice. Who knows how good they would be... I bet they could hang out in Code S for quite some time

At NASL MC was saying he was afraid of Puma because he taught Puma how to play TvP, so Puma knew all of his secrets. I'm sure he has some new strong tactics for this next encounter if it happens. And I can't wait for him to show them to me! haha

Its also no true that mana is inconsistent. He just had a totaly bad pvz in PvP and PvT he already owned everything a long time.

I love how HuK got raepd, nothing personal I just like watching him lose. Also Stephano outplayed Puma in game one idk how he lost the other 2 so convincingly, he was probably amazed by himself :D
