Guys, the most likely reason he played bad is most likely he is having a rough time with the transfer.

Remember Huk, he is the one who basically through a game so he could build a Mothership b/c he thought that is what the crowd wanted. It isn't the on;y reason most likely but Huk loves his fans (Heart probes and Heart pylons) and now a ton of them have turned on him. He is going to be seriously impacted by this no matter how much he trains. Hopefully he can get over it and over time things will calm down but there is no way it isn't affecting him a lot right now.

I don't care how nationality is traditionally decided. Jinro and TangDongHo are British.

This is so dumb, Puma is way favored playing against Mana.

Why? Because I don't buy into 30 day hype? Get off it - 1 month results are not everything. Look for solid players who post consistent results. Europe is solid. Mana, Nerchio, White-Ra, Dimaga, i'd pick any of those 4 over Puma.

I hope you never bet money, because you would get your ass owned in predictions :X

I hope you never bet money. Betting on someone who only has 1 result and has not shown a lot besides that 1 tournament.

Betting on any solid korean against a foreigner is free money in the long run

Solid Korean - Yes I'd be stupid to bet against one. When he's on his game, MC would be one.

I'd also bet on MVP, MMA, Nestea, Losira, HongUn, Ensnare, Clide, Polt and Bomber to name a few.

Puma though is not on that list. And therefore I would bet against him if say Mana were to play him in IEM.

Go ahead and ask what top korean players and coaches think about Puma. They'll rate him among the top terrans, with the likes of MMA and Bomber, easily. Clide and Ensnare are utter garbage compared to him.

They focus on RPGs, because they like to loot.

So many pre-teen keyboard warriors lashing out at players.

Shame that that people cant just enjoy games without player bashing. Try to make this rule for your self: Don´t take crap about people that are miles better then your self.

Koreans do it all the time and they still dominate.

The excuse about Jetlag is getting old.

He played badly and got stomped, that's it.

He played badly because of all the travelling he has done. In the last few weeks: Korea (GSL) > America (MLG) > Finland (Assembly) > America (Blizzcon Qualifier) > Korea (GSL) > Germany (IEM).
Before his HSC3/Dreamhack run he hadn't travelled very much and had a lot of time to practice.

but somehow he won his code S games, dunno about quality of the games didnt watch

you could say he won his code s games or you could say killer lost his code s games... honestly.. not hating on huk but killer should have for sure beat him in their 2nd meeting in code s...

MMA couldn't either, he had to win a MLG (easier than NASL) to get his Code S spot

Wait what? You can forget Sjow for some reason? I don't understand your reasoning at all.

sjow is FAR away from being a decent player. he cant multitask for S**T. he just won because terran was OP and everyone was bad. nowadays skill actually matters much more than back then. you cant just win with a decently executed strategy.

Sjow did pretty decently at Assembly, losing to Mana, but beating TLO, Adelscott and Happy. At Anaheim he beat Sheth, Cruncher, and Haypro, losing to Huk. How does any of these recent results mean that Sjow is bad?

i guess it means sjow is not the type to attract drooling teenboys as fans.

Oh man, that was mean :D

Regarding Huk: I really think he needs to tone down the traveling for a while. I've never been a huge fan of him but he can clearly play better. I think the last couple of weeks just have been too much with all the traveling and the fuzz about eg. He needs to lay low for a month and just get into a normal training routine again.
