Aye, they really stepped up their service. They truely sucked in vanilla, TBC and atleast most of WotLK, but if anything good came around cata, it was their ticket service. Truly awesome, came as such a shock.

Now I understand the problem of spectating WoW arena. Unless you are currently playing WoW at a decent level it's impossible to get invested in what is happening because all you can see is flashing lights and green health bars going up and down.
I enjoyed watching arena when I knew all the spells etc, their timings and CDs and such, but now I can understand how it was problematic for spectators. You probably need more WoW knowledge to get enjoyment out of watching arena than you need SC2 knowledge to enjoy watching SC2.
