So what you're saying is the WoW General Forums and ArenaJunkies are representitive of the WoW 3v3 arena scene, because that's pretty much all they have.

What this guy said, the wow general forums are horrible and AJ used to be like TL but once they sold off to curse it went down-hill. Regardless of what people will inevitably say in this thread, WoW 3v3 arena used to be quite good until blizzard ultimately laid down the hammer that they will not balance PvP because it would effect PvE. So don't go bashing the WoW arena scene when not only most of them play and love SC, but also are at the mercy of blizzard.

I would really like them to show some WoW actually, without the promise of sc2 afterwards, so we can see the stream figures plummet from 65k to like 15k! Since there is no promise of WoW today we can safely assume that most of the viewers are sc2 fans, or WoW fans that got hooked - which makes this a truely BIG tourny. Its a terrible ESPORT but there are millions of players, so it will probably have more viewers. I loled at the comment about a Ret being in the top 4 though, that was funny. I really feel sorry for them though. They do have a point about how SC2 has so many tournaments all the time, while WoW never sees anything like what we do. Can't complain, for once I'm on the greener side ^_^ Yeah. If you bought a GSL ticket and tuned in for the final to see they're playing super smash bros instead, I don't think you (people) would be happy =) And this thread wouldn't be so much better than the one in the wow forum imo.

Welcome to the internet.
I really hope for a Thorzain Naniwa rematch. Although Naniwa hasn't played that well today compared to his usual play.

Together with Moca, Waldeck and Parov Stelar this keeps my hopes up for the current music :D

I get on to find White-Ra with 0 wins that sucks. but I hope for Thorzain- Naniwa again, since they are the two going to Korea. Though I do like Ret and Socke....

WoW arena would be a much healthier scene if items did not play such a huge role in the game. So many players do not even have the opportunity to compete at a high level due to the insanely unrealistic amount of time you have to put into just getting the gear, let alone risk playing more games once your rating gets high enough for you to get more points. It is an horrible system for encouraging competition. I stopped playing arena a very long time ago, even though I enjoyed the highest level of competition (for those saying "lol no skills", you haven't played top level 3v3). The competition was great, but I simply had no free time with work and school to keep up with the gear. Games like Bloodline Champions offer the same type of 3v3 teamwork-based competition, without the fluff.

They are furious that Blizzard is deciding to broadcast SC2 only over WoW :p how is it funny that wow fans want wow to be broadcasted? it's anyway blizzards fucking fault for having 2 hours delay. Agreed, if it was SC2 that was bumped I would be pretty pissed too. Have some respect for your e-Sport brothers & sisters. Wow is not an Esport. They are no brothers of mine. In fact, they are brothers that I have disowned because Wow is not a skill based game. Regardless of whether WoW is skill-based or not, the game has done huge things for eSports. Probably more than you realise. I myself got into eSports scene through WoW arena, and while I'm now disillusioned with the game, I still appreciate the entertainment it brought me. Why do people have to hate on anything which isn't what they enjoy? 100% agree, it's ridiculous. Regardless, WoW has changed the way people look to games, it's pmuch the most popular game of all time, and there are soo many people that got into a community like this thanks to WoW. It does not deserve the hate.
