Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you.

Then when it finally works it'll stream for about 5 seconds then have about 1 second of lag followed by 5 seconds of playtime then 1 second of lag again. Not sure why it's doing this. I'm able to watch very HQ streams (destiny for instance) with no lag at all, but trying to watch this MLG stream in Medium quality lags every 5 seconds. Commercials run flawless though... ![]()

I think Zerg and Protoss both have to start putting static defense near critical tech structures anyway, Terran drops are too strong. Nestea and Losira both did this in their recent GSL games against Ensnare, Top and Byun. Yeah it's super important. Putting a couple of spines at the 7 minute mark or so is expensive but a small cost compared to potentially losing a spire or pool or halfway completed upgrade...

You can't say "Player A does this and it's random", these things happen for a reason- SelecT dropped at a good time and White-Ra wasn't good enough to be able to defend it. Or, people say SelecT doesn't deserve the win because White-Ra is their favorite player. Again, White-Ra did react but he did so incorrectly. He went to defend his probes at the main and the gold with a warp in of zealots and his army respectively. Select got lucky in that he hit by the thinnest of timings, but White-Ra had bad building placement, made a bad decision, and didn't use all his chronoboost. Really the building placement is his biggest flaw here as the decision he made was a coin flip and chronoboost might have been saved for armor upgrades or other things.

Yesterday I was watching a bunch of games but had no idea what the hell was going on. Just a suggestion, the bracket is huge.

It was a pure luck drop in the worst possible spot for white ra. Also takes off a pylon inches before a colossus is out at the end.... going for the council is what won Puma two games, and 50k from NASL, i bet these guys know the timings, Select was late because he had to take out the pylon that spotted the drop

Good players memorize timings and by knowing when the Council finishes and what else White-Ra is doing he can plan ahead. Things that you scout aren't luck... unless that person happens to be beating your favorite player.
