Whitera knew this, he probably just wasnt focusing on that at the moment. I think Whitera was the better player in both that game and over all but there´s gotta be some element of luck for the game to be exciting. GG Select, you won this one.

Because of the terran army in the middle of the map, if he defended, the terran army in the middle can very well take out the gold expo And that's better than losing your charge. For sure. Most P builds like this don't even get the expo until after you have charge. Lose charge and you just die (as we saw).

Select built two bunkers fearing aggression while White-Ra ended up taking a quick third instead.

I dont see how that is luck. I find it hard to take that question seriously. I'm so sad now. It annoys me that these players like tod and whitera and tyler can have such amazing runs but literally get nothing for it at the end of the day. I feel this format could really use some changes.

The ebb and flow of games are dictated in this manner all the time; why should we come to this realisation now just because our favourite player lost? Please people... Full credit to SeleCT for the win and BL to White-RA. Hoping for GG"s next game.

How can Blizzard watch this game and think it's balanced? 3 base Protoss with a gold losing to a 2 base terran. Thanks Blizzard. are you kidding? I am literally so sad right now b/c Whitera lost but don't say it was balance. It was pure greed. He didn't make units for like 2mins while transitioning to colossi. I was actually screaming at my computer for him to make some units for like 45 seconds. Gawd i feel so emo FML I still <3 u whitera he wasnt lacking in units though, when the fight started outside his gold he was at 134 supply with select barely over 100, army was probably about the same... he just needed the upgrade to finish to be honest. If his chronoboosts weren't perfect then thats what lost the game (or he could have just defended the drop but thats a guessing game really). He was definitely making units the whole time I just checked the rewind with my HQ pass. Problem is zealots are completely useless without charge and without forcefield

I'm a huge fan of Ra, but the first thing you say after such a game is that it was incredibly tight for that charge upgrade to not finish, it's the biggest thing in the game so you mention it first. SeleCT did play great.

Why is no one blaming White-Ra for moving out to try and take out a third of SelecT's army which could fit into the medivac anyway? He got a marauder kill out of it. Sure SelecT was a bit lucky, but luck is a huge part of this game. White-Ra pretty much played so greedy with the double expand that was scouted pretty quickly by SelecT. Defend the drop stim those units and snipe the gold. Then don't bring your entire army to defend the drop in the main? Lol... not hard You need your entire army to defend your gold. Not hard. At the time there was only a medivac's worth of units near the gold
