Cant believe theres so much hate in these threads while we're so blessed with a wonderful event, with wonderful games. Last warning, whine and insult the players or commentators? See you. |

Top 6 is all amazing players. And Boxer is in the top 3.
I don't see how anybody could lose interest at this point. Try all the fans of the other players.. Just becuase Barcelona got some of the world best players doesnt mean Im gonna watch them play. Welcome to sports btw NN all hope boxer win it all That just means your not a real football fan. I like baseball but I'm not a Yankee fan. Guess I'm not a baseball fan. Darn. you're not, koreans can offer the best starcraft in the world right now , if you're not interested in watching high quality games because you wanted that foreigners, with lower quality games to duke it out, you're not a starcraft fan. personalities are important dont get me wrong but they dont mean everything I'd also like to add that Starcraft:BW and Starcraft 2 have a major difference in that in starcraft 2 people shouldnt worry about "Korean vs. Foreigner" even tho this is fun to have a rivalry from SC:BW the big thing is that SC2 is a INTERNATIONAL game and not seperated by nationalities unlike BW where koreans lived in korea and foreigners never saw/heard from them other than in streams watching OSL/MSL guys just enjoy the games they will be epic. Who cares if top 6 is korean they share the same passion we do. So the big thing im trying to say is: Why can't we all be "starcraft 2 players"? People root for their hometown players. You and a hundred other posters can pretend that logic and love of the game dictates who people want to win. It's just not true. Foreigners want to see foreigners do well. It's a big deal to a lot of people to see our own get completely shut out in brutal fashion. All good and well, I can accept that point of view but it simply doesn't apply to myself (and a fair few others I believe). Sorry that the results apparently spoil the experience for some. I am enjoying what I have seen from this event and tonight's matches.

Out of 9-12, idra was seeded the farthest (for making top 2 of his group) Does that make him 9th place? 9th place gets 490 points while 12th gets 400 I think they will play consolation matches to figure out those rankings.

Either 9 or 12. I, for one, welcome our new Korean overlords.
Or 10, if it's the sequence of triangular numbers!

So probably Ganzi, Moonan, and one of Sjow/Socke/Kiwi/Select. Are you sure Ganzi can take the Code A spot? He can. Only the korean invites can't, but he came through his own/slayers money. socke won't go because he is studying in germany to become a teacher, sjow already said that he won't go after last mlg, kiwi and select i dont know about

He is, only the koreans who were invited via the exchange program are ineligible.

The winner of Rain and Ganzi plays the winner of MMA and DRG.
The winner of that match plays Boxer.
The winner of that match gets a Code S spot.
This may be a bit more complicated because I don't believe Rain wants (or maybe isn't eligible?) a Code S spot. As I understand it, Rain's not eligible any more because fnatic's not licensed (or whatever GOM does) for GSL. i think its because he left code s without prior notice and is banned for a time (not permanent) yep.

Great games today, MLG really need to not invite so many awesome terrans, leaves it rather stacked at the top. But I don't care, TvT is the best mirror and also one of the most enjoyable matchups to watch out of them all.

So has there been any final official word on Ganzi being able to get Code A invite since he went open pool and wasn't an "invite" slot?

Is it possible Haypro would go again?
Living in the OGS house with HuK and Jinro and playing with MC and more. It sounds like a pretty good deal when you get to skip Code B even if it is for just a month.
